DecisionChain is a tamper-evident audit log for AI decisions. Every call to your model is recorded in an append-only, cryptographically chained store, exportable as evidence for the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and SOC 2.
Why now
Three things happened at once. The EU AI Act moved from draft to enforcement. ISO 42001 became the reference AI management standard. Enterprise procurement teams started attaching AI questionnaires to every deal.
